Stress is a part of everyday life it has been the key topic in the world today.   When it comes to a healthy job it is probable to determine that this is where employees have the control over their own work, and are getting support from people who matter to them. However, in most organizations this is not the case because, worker stress is the most popular trend and can affect a person’s behavior. Defining work related stress is described as people who respond to work demands and pressure that may or may not be to their knowledge or ability. There are many ways a person can obtain worker stress either by an individual or the organization itself.   Stress can affect a person health if it’s not taken care of correctly.   Establishing the degree of work related stress is not an easy task to conclude because it can vary from person to person.
Previous research reports many companies customarily collect data from their employees on work days lost, due to sickness, injury and disability or health retirement (World Health Organization, 2012).   Stress within the organization comes from a variety of ways. The most often is when the employees feel that they have no support from their managers, supervisors or contemporaries.   Work related stress can sometimes be unavoidable due to the high demand that the organization may carry within a department.   If an employee can perform the assignment given, it is likely that they will not experience much stress because the job is matched to work their familiar with (WHO, 2012).   Work related stress can also come from other areas such as the way an organization was designed, poor work system, management and inadequate work conditions.   There is known to be two work stress related hazards that can be divided by workers context and content (WHO, 2012).
