Self-Directed Learning Plan
Self-directed learning plan and professional development is very important for manager to improve their business so it contains four skills. Time management, running management, making presentation organization and stress management are main depend upon organization. These are all the practical steps require for manage to all organization and most valuable for planning to developing step by step and achieving goals and objectives. The central part of the report deals with SWOT analysis of a meticulous learning method and classification of work actions that requires improvement in the identified learning method through personal skill audits. Last part of the report show how to improve in four skills by taking necessary recommended actions to improve the personal and professional skills to be a successful manager.
My professional goal is to complete my master’s degree and work towards seeking employment in Human Resource with a large corporation or university. I would also like to become certified which will also open up greater options.
Strengths to leverage:
There are different strengths that need to be leveraged so as to attain the professional goals. Conflict management, command skills and driving for results are the main strengths that need to be leveraged.
