As requested, the aim of this report is to assess the suitability of Kathryn Macintosh, who is a temporary staff, for a permanent position of Sales Manager in our company. The report summarizes her personal qualities, work-related achievement, and presentation on the basis of a six-month apprenticeship.
2. Personal Qualities
Kathryn is a very confident, clever and reliable member. She has proved herself to be a dedicated and highly motivated employee. In addition, she is willing to help others when they have trouble; therefore, she is admired and respected by her colleagues. She is also extremely good at communication that is necessary for all aspects of her work. Despite the fact that Kathryn is competitive employee, this does not seem to have affected the quality of work.
Over a half past year of her work, she has got some outstanding and considerable achievements. For instance, she signed a big contract with the Royal Restaurant and was top sale person who got a huge amount of sales for the company. Moreover, it is recorded that she received an award for her performance by customer’s choices. In addition to this aspect, many of her innovative ideas have been added to our marketing strategies, thus making the sale of our business grow more exponentially.
