My topic is computer crashing.
Problem: The problem with computer crashing in law offices is that they consistently cost the company money.
Think about this when the company loses one hour per day between three computers at ten to fifteen minutes between two hundred working days at twenty five dollars an hour would add up to six thousand to nine thousand per year. This is a lot of money the company goes through. Doesn’t seem like a lot at the beginning but it adds up very quickly.
Computers are a wonderful invention they do cost a company quite a bit of money if they are not up to date and kept clean.
Reasons why a computer crashes would include; hardware conflict, all systems components consumes IRQs. IRQs are interrupt request channels when installed, and every device requires its own channel to function properly. When two devices share the same channel a crash can occur. Next reason why a computer crashes is bad ram, bad memory is to blame for many blue screens and failed boots. RAM modules are some of the easiest components to check and replace. Overheating is that next problem. Computers get hot. We know this from the loud fans inside the desktop, and the alarming burning sensation we feel on our legs after using a laptop for too long. Everything inside a PC generates heat, and heat can cause components to become unstable and crash your PC. Not enough power, will also crash your computer. By cramming more powerful components inside your PC, will make it unstable and unexpectedly restart if you put too much strain on your power supply, and virus would be the last The main ways to fix a computer crash is to reboot the computer which as I said before can take up to ten to fifteen minutes.
Many companies have been far more proactive in their attempts to stop computer crashing. Companies have found new software to stop their computers from crashing and to keep their computers clean. Three common solutions companies have used to...
