1. Complete S4-3 (pp.189 - 190) and S13-2 (pp. 582 - 583). Complete the research and analysis of each of these two problems as required by the questions in the text. Write a paper that answers the following questions:

2. Your paper should be 8 – 10 pages in length, with correct spelling, grammar, and APA format. You should use at least 5 academic sources in your response.
