My Personal Mission Statement:
Graduate from Purdue University after this semester. Get married with my girlfriend. Successfully worked as a software development engineer at Epic system at Madison, Wisconsin. Change job into an Internet based Software Company at West coast. Get a Doctor of Philosophy degree in computer science if possible. Be a professor of a university in computer science, startup my own computer company. My software of my computer company would change the life style of the people and makes a better world.

1. Identify your goals as a leader
Top athletes, successful business people and achievements of all the targets set in the various fields. Setting goals for your long-term goals and short-term incentives. It focuses on the acquisition of knowledge and help you organize your time and your resources, so you can make the very most of life.
By setting sharp, clear goals, you can measure and take pride in achieving these goals; you will see what may have previously seemed to be a long pointless grind significant progress. You will also improve your self-confidence, you realize that to achieve the goals you have set in your own ability and competitiveness.
In general, my goals as a leader in general are be a honorable person and have a successful life. And my goals could be separated into two parts. One is about my personal life, the second one is about my professional life.
My personal life goals as a leader is married with my girlfriend, have a cute baby. Move to west coast of the United State, San Francisco or Los Angles. Buy a Ferrari 458 or Ferrari F12; change the current Porsche 911 GT3 to a new generation if they are better. Take the change of the European delivery program of Porsche...
