John Deere is a company which was founded in the year 1837 by a man called John Deere. Deere was a blacksmith whom after moving to the city of Grand Detour, Illinois in the year 1936, he was able to go off a fresh start by being a skilled and hardworking resource that developed products which helped make the jobs of farmers easier. As a result, in the year 1948, Deere moved back to his land in Moline, Illinois where his company gained an advantage of producing approximately 1600 plows in comparison to only 100 which were made when he worked in Gran Detour. As a result, today, Deere is a large and successful business dedicated to help the work of different land workers easier, for example the work of farmers, ranchers, landowners, builders, and loggers.
Today, Deere is a multinational billion dollar business which has successfully grown due to the company’s core values, leadership, and strategies.
