ABSTRACT
This research describes the study to investigate the effect of Frontline staff attire on customer satisfaction with transaction. The study initiated by experimenting two different groups of students, providing each group with a set of questionnaire. Each group was shown the formal and informal attire of First line staff (coordinators) attire and then was asked to fill the questionnaire. Research concluded that the change is attire leads to change in the satisfaction level of customers. Formal Dressing is being more satisfactory to the customers in the transaction. Personal survey technique has been applied here as a method of data collection and Questionnaire has been used as an instrument to collect the data. Sample size used for this study was 62 respondents
