Before your mouth starts watering thinking of all the fine French desserts like a crème Brule or chocolate mousse, let me warn you two hold your tongue. I’m talking about the delights which equally drool-worthy shall appeal to your other senses, your eyes and most importantly your mind. These are the artists that have shaped up French Cinema and prepared a global audience for the otherwise arguably niche cinema.
Vincent Cassel- Vincent Cassel is one of the most popular French actors going by his global standing. He is a powerhouse of talent with the knack to pull of grey shades in its utmost beauty. Vincent Cassel with his unusual sex appeal through his uncanny looks and bold features is wildly popular across Europe (he also speaks four languages). Mind you, he is not just Mr. Monica Belluci as he is often pejoratively referred to by the ignorant Hollywood fan-base. This French Star has oodles of talent in his bag and this writer can vouch for it. You might have already watched him in his more popular Hollywood ventures- Black Swan and the Oceans Series (who can forget that epic laser ballet performance). Audrey Tautou- Audrey Tautou ranks high, really high, on the best French actresses of all time with multiple seamless performances throughout her career so far. Unlike Cassel her Hollywood portfolio is not very strong having featured in only one Hollywood film so far, the 2006 commercially successful The Da Vinci Code.
