The Plot of the Blind Side
The plot of the Blind Side is an under-educated teenage at first but after being adopted by the Tuohy. This is where he’s show the love, caring and support the he’s been lacking up to this point.   He flourishes into a product member of his community because of his new family. After graduating High School he’s recruited by a major college football program where he is groomed into an athletically and academically successful NFL prospect.
On a cold winter night, as Michael is walking down the road to the school gym, where he is sleeping, Leigh Anne Tuohy with her husband Sean and children Jae and Collins pick Michael up and took him home. Nevertheless, he stays for the next night, which riddles Sean, although the children accept Michael. Soon, Leigh Anne propositions with a place to stay.   As Leigh Anne finds Michael’s exams, she realize that Mike his scores are extremely low and the only positive feedback that teachers could ever say about him is that he had big protective senses. Leigh Anne will use that to explain to the football coach that Mike’s tested high in protective senses. Up to that moment, he wasn’t able to grasp game or he was truly social loafing.   This began to build the Team Dynamics also this also was Group Cohesion for Michael to play football and become a member of the team as well as the family.
Leigh Ann gets into a few ethical quandaries with different people because of her decision to open her doors and help Michael. Leigh Ann helps Michael achieve excellence in his grades, gets him into football, provides clothing and basic needs that a mother would traditionally provide for her child. After sticking up for what she believed is right, people start accepting the fact that she wants to help Michael. There are many circumstances in this movie that can be considered ethical quandaries and here is an example.
